This use of the Hy-Fa website and all the materials on this website are subject to the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of this Legal Webpage. 
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the hy-fa.com website. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use contained on this legal webpage. These terms and conditions of use may be amended or changed by us at any time at our discretion. You agree that your continued use of this website after any such amendment or change shall constitute your agreement to any such changes.

Cancellation Policy

  1. You can cancel your order (completely or partially) at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse by sending an e-mail from your registered e-mail ID to info@hy-fa.com (or call us at +91 487 2213667) with your complete order details. Please note that once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
  2. In case of prepaid orders where payment was made online, (credit card/debit card/e-wallet/net banking) refund will be initiated in the same payment mode as originally used for placing the order. Generally, refund amount gets credited to you in 5-7 business days.
  3. In case of payment mode being bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) or Cheque, please send us an image of cancelled cheque of the account in which you wish your refund, along with the cancellation request.
    If cancelled cheque is not available, please send us following details:
    • Account Holder’s Name
    • Account Number
    • Bank Name
    • IFSC Code

Hy-Fa reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  1. Providing wrong or incomplete details (complete address including PIN code, phone number, etc.) while placing the order.
  2. You do not re-confirm COD orders.
  3. Wrong product listing on our website (error in price, specification, quantity etc.)
  4. Product unavailability with us.
  5. Delivery service not available at your specified address.

Return Policy

Once your product is delivered, you have 7 days to place a request for return and replacement by sending an e-mail from your registered e-mail ID to info@hy-fa.com (or call us at +91 487 2213667) with your complete order details. 


Your request will be entertained under following circumstances:

  1. The product was delivered in used/worn out/altered condition.
  2. Product delivered was different (different model, size, make, specifications, material, quality etc.) from the product ordered.
  3. Some parts/accessories of the products were missing. 

4.    The product was delivered in damaged condition.

  1. The package was delivered empty.

In above cases of product return, we provide you a fresh product as the replacement. Refund against product return will be provided only if we are not able to provide you a replacement product.

 

Replacement or refund will not be issued under following conditions:

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  2. Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  5. Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories.

 

Return Process

  1. Initiate returnWrite a mail to us at info@hy-fa.com (or call us at +91 487 2213667) with following details :
    • Order No
    • SKU/Product you want to return
    • Clear images of the product from all sides highlighting the issue
    • Clear images of inner and outer packaging
    • Clear image of invoice
    • Image of cancelled cheque (in case payment was done in COD/cheque/bank transfer mode)
    • If cancelled cheque is not available please share account holder’s name, account number, bank name and IFSC Code of the branch

 

  1. Reverse Pickup/ Self-shipOnce your return request is accepted, we will arrange reverse pickup from your location, you are requested to repack the product with original packing, invoice and product tags. In case reverse pickup facility is not available at your location, we will request you to ship the package to our warehouse location by a reputed courier service and we will reimburse you the courier charges.
  2. Quality CheckOnce the return parcel reaches our warehouse, we will open it and do a thorough inspection as per above mentioned guidelines and will initiate replacement/refund. In case we find above guidelines are not met, we will send the product back to you without replacement/refund.
  3. Replacement/RefundReplacement product will be shipped to you within 7 working days. If replacement can’t be provided we will refund the entire amount.
